A great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join an exciting, growing group of passionate Internet professionals based all around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners - Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Requirements Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Proactivity and self-direction
