The Services Technician role in the retail financial industry involves supporting the deployment and configuration of technology devices, specifically Teller and Banker equipment.

Responsibilities include multitasking in a fast-paced environment, handling inbound/outbound phone calls, updating project details, and collaborating with project teams to understand scope and resource requirements.

The technician is responsible for updating systems with schedules, change requests, and technician updates to keep partners and projects updated.

To succeed in this role, candidates need a basic understanding of structured cabling, computers, printers, and network equipment, self-motivation, proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet, strong communication skills, and the ability to articulate messages clearly.

They should also have a strong understanding of support roles, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Work Location: USA- REMOTE Work Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday Employee type: Full-Time, Hourly Key Responsibilities Previous background supporting the deployment and configuration of technology devices in retail financial industry.

Ideal candidate would have specific experience with installing and supporting Teller and Banker equipment.

Must be able to work in fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task in/out bound phone calls, application of department/install process, updating project details, and manage concurrent issuesWorking closely with our project teams to understand scope, schedules, and resource requirements and qualified technicians.

You will be responsible for updating Insight systems with schedules, change requests, technician updates, and other information to keep our partners and projects updated.

Your job requires that you work collaboratively with our partners, technicians, and project teams.

What you’ll need to Succeed Basic understanding of structured cabling, computers, printers, network equipment and associated connectivity.

Self-motivated – we need someone we can give high level direction to and let them run with it.

Smartsheet experience a plus.

Excel proficient.

Strong understanding of the various support roles of field techs, Tier2 Support team, and all stakeholders.

Strong communication skills when interacting with technology and non-technology stakeholders.

Reporting metrics to the Customer.

Able to clearly and concisely articulate messages both in written format and orally in 1-on-1 or group situations that build cohesion and gain alignment.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment – inherent ability to reprioritize throughout the day as needed.
